PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SITE.

This Agreement governs your use of this site (collectively, the "Site") and is by and between THEHOTELALTERNATIVES.COM (referred to herein as "THA", "we", "us", or "our") and you, on behalf of yourself and the buyer, member or supplier for which you have registered ("you"). By using, viewing, transmitting, storing and/or otherwise utilizing the Site, the services or functions offered in or by the Site and/or the contents of the Site in any way, you have read and agreed to each and all of the terms and conditions set forth below, and waive any right to claim ambiguity or error in this Agreement. If you do not agree to each and all of these terms and conditions please do not use the Site and leave the Site immediately. We reserve the right, at our sole and absolute discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these terms at any time without notice and, unless otherwise indicated, such changes will become effective immediately; therefore, please check these terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to this Agreement will mean you accept those changes. We recommend you to print and save a copy of this Agreement, as it may be changed from time to time.

THA, its affiliates, and/or its respective suppliers make no representations about the suitability of the information, software, products, and services contained on this web site for any purpose. The inclusion or offering for sale of any products or services on this web site does not constitute any endorsement or recommendation of such products or services by THA, or its affiliates. THA, its affiliates, and/or its respective suppliers hereby disclaim all warranties and conditions with regard to this information, software, products, and services, including all implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and noninfringement. THA and its affiliates have no liability and will make no refund in the event of any delay, cancellation, overbooking, strike, force majeure or other causes beyond their direct control, and have no responsibility for any additional expense, omissions, delays, re-routing or acts of any government or authority.

Regarding Prepay and BOOK NOW Savings reservations, the following conditions are applicable:

PAYMENTS

SECURITY DEPOSIT:

Security Deposits Must Be Paid Together With The Full Payment For The Total Stay And Will Be Refunded Immediately Upon Check Out. Any unreturned keys, loss or damage to the service property can be deducted from your deposit including but not limited to the following: number of guests exceeds that which is listed on the service contract, excessive cleaning/laundry or rearranging furniture that has been moved, replacement of missing items from unit (including beddings and bath towels), soiling of towels, linens and carpets, costs of cleaning beyond the normal out clean fee, costs to replace keys and misuse of items belonging to the property.

Full Payment For The Services Is Compulsory To Confirm Your Reservation. Please Take Note That THEHOTELALTERNATIVES.COM Screens Our Guests And Guests Whom Do Not Fit Our Profile Will Be Asked To Leave Immediately. Unpaid Guests Can Be Fined Up To 2500 SGD Per Person. This Is To Deter Individuals Of Distasteful Backgrounds For The Well Being Of Other Guests.

Funds Are To Be Paid Through One Of The Methods Stated Below:

ACCOMMODATION TERMS
LVMH Couture International LLC unilaterally and at its sole discretion reserves the right to change or cancel the reservation for any reason with refunds on any service fees made accordingly to the decision of the head office management. In the event this property becomes unavailable, LVMH Couture International LLC (THA) agrees to use best efforts to secure an equivalent service. If this is not possible, LVMH Couture International LLC (THA) reserves the right to cancel this reservation and return all service fees to the Guest(s). However, in the case of the Guest(s) cancellation of the reservation, all service fees paid will be forfeited. LVMH Couture International LLC (THA) agrees to permit the Guest(s) the responsibility to transfer their uncompleted term of service contract to another individual with approval of the local manager in charge.LVMH Couture International LLC offerings of accommodation is at no charge. LVMH Couture International LLC does not receive any payments from the Guest(s).
Please take note that any form of payment is solely for the payment of all hospitality services provided by the local service providers. These services are housekeeping, furniture rental, furnishings, beddings, laundry services for the beddings, internet fees, cable tv fees, water, gas, electricity fees, secure online payment gateway fees and management, maintenance response teams, management teams and all the outsourcing benefits that you and your guests will enjoy.

Guest Agrees to allow LVMH Couture International LLC, Local Service Providers an/or assignees the right to the following:

a) To make necessary or agreed repairs. b) To supply services agreed upon. c) Availability Of All Reservations Are As Of NOW Only. Please Take Note That Full Payment Should Be Completed 48 Hours Before CHECK IN. In The Event There Be Any Delay In Payment, Your Reservation Deposits Are Liable To Be Forfeited And This Reservation Will Be Considered VOID. d) In case of an emergency, we reserve the right to enter at anytime for the purpose of safe keeping or prevention of further damage. e) To uphold and maintain a respectable image and be decently clothed whenever outside the compounds of the accommodation. TheHotelAlternatives.com Management reserves the right to refuse to continue the full term of the contract without a refund if Guests or their guests fail to abide by the rules stated in the above mentioned. f) Agree to a surcharge of SGD$50.00 if the Check In or Check Out times are not within the normal official hours of Check In: 2:00PM and Check Out: 12:00PM. Early Check In: 8am to 11am - Half-Day Rate, 12am to 7:59am - Full-Day Rate. Late Check Out: 1:30pm to 3:59pm - Half-Day Rate , 4pm to 11:59pm - Full-Day Rate. g) Agrees and permits the company to forfeit all monies in the event of cancellations under any circumstances.

Principal Tenant / Landlord Responsibility:

a) LVMH Couture International LLC, offers you the right to occupy the accommodation unit per service agreement to the terms stated on this website. b)
LVMH Couture International LLC will not provide services and maintain appliances, these will be provided by the local service provider. LVMH Couture International LLC will not be liable for interruption of these services that is beyond our control. LVMH Couture International LLC will also not be responsible for interruption electricity, water, internet access or gas beyond our control. Please promptly notify us of any problems you might face with the local service provider. You may not end this agreement because of these interruptions.

Guests Responsibility:

a) Notify us of any defects or problems. b) Use the unit as a place to live; you may not use it for any filmmaking, photo shoots, unlawful, improper, or offensive purpose. c) Furniture is not to be moved within or from the unit. d) No parties/functions within the service property e) Comply to all rules and regulations within the property and it's vicinity.*Kindly refer to the ground managers in charge. f)
Please take note that any form of payment to The Hotel Alternatives is for the hospitality services provided by the local service providers. These services are housekeeping, furniture, furnishings, beddings, laundry services for the beddings, internet fees, cable tv fees, water, gas, electricity fees, secure online payment gateway fees and gateway management, maintenance response teams, management teams and all the outsourcing benefits that you and your guests will enjoy. g) If in any case the guest needs to leave the country or premises, that guest is permitted to find on their own account a replacement acceptable to LVMH Couture International LLC to take over their remaining service term. Upon successful transfer of service contract, the guest's deposit will be refunded. h) Keep all furniture and furnishings in the exact condition when they were handed on to the guests. All items will be tagged according to the guest's room. i) FULL Payment to the Service Providers MUST BE PAID 48 Hours BEFORE CHECK IN. LVMH Couture International LLC does NOT ACCEPT WALK IN Guests and WILL NOT accept payment on behalf of the Service Providers j) Unregistered Guests Are Liable To A Penalty Fine Of $2500 Per Person As You Have Endangered The Interest Of The Hotel Alternatives

The Guest may escalate the dispute for Significantly Not as Described (SNAD) to a Claim within 7 days of the date the guest has filed their cancellation to terms@thehotelalternatives.com. Guests are required to produce verified evidences to support their claim. The evidences should show how the property received is not as described in the reservation. Descriptions or complains of personal preferences, expectations and experiences will not constitute as verified evidences. Actual photos of the offered and received services must accompany the Guest's claim. A dispute can only be open for 7 days after the cancellation date. If the guest has not closed the dispute within 7 days, the dispute will be automatically closed. When a dispute is automatically closed, the service provider will be deemed indemnified from further disputes or claims from the Guest and the Guest is not eligible to submit a claim. It is the sole responsibility of the guest to read and understand all the terms and conditions. The Guest accepts and acknowledges these terms upon any form of payment.

Miscellaneous:

a) Housekeeping services are at a standard of 3 times a week. Extra hours may be available upon request only and will incur additional fees if service is needed beyond the supplied hours b) This contract is binding and cannot be modified or terminated by a sudden change of circumstance c) Changes: The reservations center must be notified of any changes as soon as possible for which there may be a service charge for each accepted change to the reservation d) You must leave unit on the date and time designated, unless prearranged, and any additional service fees must be paid in advance e) Abandoned possessions:
LVMH Couture International LLC or the local service providers will not be responsible for any of your personal effects left in the unit. We will be glad, if found, to mail them to you and have the right to deduct postage from your security deposit f) Having thousands of properties marketed and managed worldwide, we do not promise that the property will be in perfect condition.
