How do I
check if I have successfully made a booking?
You will receive a confirmation
email with your OFFICIAL BILLING RECEIPT upon successful
booking. Only upon receipt of your OFFICIAL BILLING
RECEIPT will your reservation be confirmed.

Must I
print out my BILLING RECEIPT?
YES! It is a MUST
to print
out your Official Billing Receipt for check in. If you don’t
have a print out of your Official Billing Receipt, please
call your Ground Manager and inform them before you arrive.
You will be charged S$2.50 for Administration, Your Ground
Manager will hand you a copy of your Billing Receipt to be
signed and handed back to the company before you are able to
Check In.

need something that you can't find there, just call
housekeeping and ask for it!

operates a “no frills” concept, therefore we provide only
2 towels per room. Toiletries ARE PROVIDED to the
Ensuites and Serviced Apartments only.
If you are in the Budget or Standard rooms but would like
to buy a set of toiletries, please call Housekeeping and it
will be delivered to your room.
However, if you need more
towels than we have already provided, they can be rented upon request thru
Housekeeping. Alternatively, you can
bring your own.

No.
And
by children we mean anyone under the age of twelve (12)
years of age.

Are guests
allowed in the apartment or boutique room?
Yes.
They
are but once it hits 12:00AM any guests not registered for
the stay will be charged accordingly. Security cameras are
placed in every apartment and our cameras are equipped with
a highly sensitive motion-sensor recording facility that is
operating 24hours a day. This is done to deter dishonesty
and prevent overcrowding and noise pollution.
